Reservations

All reservations are handled on a first-call, first-served basis. Leadville is an active city both summer and winter, so call early to ensure room availability.

Cancellation Policy

We require 30 days notice during peak times, and 5 days notice off-peak on all cancellations. Additionally, an administrative fee of $10.00 will be applied to all cancellations.

Amenities

All rooms include a telephone (free local calls), free wireless Internet, coffee maker, microwave, mini refrigerator, cable TV (including HBO), and hot tub access. Roll-away beds available for a small additional fee.

Pet Policy

We love pets as much as you do, and your four-legged family members are as welcome as you are. However, in order to preserve our facilities, protect our staff, and ensure that all of our guests have a pleasant stay, we ask that you observe the following pets policy:
 

• All pets must be registered at check-in; there is a fee of $7.00 + tax per pet, per night. A fee of $25.00 + tax per pet, per night, will be assessed for any pet not registered at check-in.
   

• The City of Leadville enforces a strict leash law; please avoid the expense of a fine by having your pet on a leash at all times while outdoors, and by never leaving your pet unattended while tied to a lamp post or other outdoor fixture.
   

• Your pet must be in a kennel at all times when you are out of your room.
   

• Do not allow your pet to relieve himself in the parking lot; clean up after your pet at all times.
   

• Pets are not allowed in the hot tub area.
   

• Remember that you are responsible for all damages caused by your pet, including, but not limited to, any refunds that might have to be given to other guests.
